What are your hours of operation?
Our general operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 10AM to 6PM.
However, we are available for immediate notarial services outside of our general operating hours. An additional fee will be applied to this service.
What are some acceptable forms of identification?
- Valid State Issued Driver’s License
- Valid State Issued Identification Card
- US Passport
- Foreign Passports Stamped by USCIS
- US Armed Forces ID Card (any branch)
- Veteran Health Identification Card (issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.)
If I have a question about the contents of a form, can I ask you to explain it to me?
Unfortunately, no. I am not a lawyer and cannot make any suggestions or provide explanations.
What should I bring to my notarization appointment?
In-Person Notarizations
Please be sure to bring:
- an acceptable form of identification;
- the document(s) needing notarization;
- and any witnesses you may need & providing for your notarization
Online Notarizations
Please be sure to have:
- access to a smartphone, tablet, and/or laptop with connectivity to WIFI;
- a government issued ID;
- and provided the notary with the document for the notarization
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled four (4) or more hours before an appointment.
Appointments cancelled within four (4) hours of the appointment will not be eligible for refunds.
Which Remote Online Notary (RON) platform do you use?
As of 8/27/2025, we use the following platforms:
- Blue Notary
- One Notary
- eNotary On Call
- Notary Live
However, the platform used today will be Blue Notary.
